Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar has lived at many different places in London for various occasions. But, this house at 10 King Henrys Road has been a special place for worldwide Ambedkarites as he lived here for longest period during studies, and wrote many letters to his wife 'Ramai' and his followers of Bombay.
After studies, he visited London for Round Table Conferences and for many meetings with notable British politicians during Indian Independence act dialogues.
This house witnessed many important incident of is life, and after Maharashtra Government purchased it, it become one of the most visited historic place by International Ambedkarite Community.
